Smarter Fettuccine Alfredo
我一向都唔係特別鍾意食白汁﹐例如 Alfredo sauce﹐ 都係因為怕肥。 好味嘅白汁要用大量嘅cream + butter﹐ 所以我好少食。 不過前幾日睇到呢個recipe﹐ 用D比較無咁肥嘅材料﹐可以一試嘛。 味道真係唔錯﹐好creamy﹗ 再加上蜜糖焗腸腸同garlic bread﹐好味﹗

Smarter Fettuccine Alfredo
Ingredients:
- 300 g (1/3 of 900-g pkg) fettuccine, uncooked
- 1-1/4 cups 25% less sodium chicken broth
- 4 tsp. flour
- 1/3 cup (1/3 of 250-g tub) PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese Spread
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Light Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
1 COOK pasta as directed on package.
2 MEANWHILE, combine broth and flour in medium saucepan. Stir in cream cheese spread; cook 2 min., stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens.
3 TOSS pasta with sauce, 2 Tbsp. of the Parmesan cheese and nutmeg. Sprinkle with remaining 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese and the parsley. Season to taste with black pepper.
