芒果布甸


簡單﹐好味﹐又易整嘅星星月亮。。。 唔係﹐係芒果布甸先真﹗ 快D黎試下啦﹗

芒果布甸

芒果2隻 (1隻去皮切粒,1隻攪成茸)
芒果啫喱粉2盒
熱水375毫升
花奶375毫升
雞蛋2隻

1.啫喱粉加入375毫升熱水,攪勻待涼
2.待涼期間,1隻芒果去皮切粒,1隻攪成茸
3.雞蛋打勻,加入花奶,攪勻
4.等啫喱粉完全冷郤(否則雞蛋起絲!),混合所有材料,用小杯裝好,入雪櫃

Yummy.. Sounds so yummy. I recently made a mango cheese cake, that was quite good too.. Let me try this mango puddy - It looks really pretty. How do I get mangoes to 攪成茸 ?

You can cut the mango in pieces, then put in a blender or food processer. One advise is that after you put 雞蛋 and 花奶 into the啫喱粉水 but before you add the mango, put the mixture 過篩. This way the mixture will be more smooth. Hope this will help!! And I wanna make a mango cheese cake too, but ate too much cheese cake lately! ha ha

I guess if I don't have a blender, I will just have to cut them in tiny tiny pieces...

o sure! Actually it just make the pudding have more mango taste. I find that even if you don't add the puree, it will be fine too!
